In this development context, we are recruiting a Market Unit Manager for UK.
The position holder will manage the subsidiary with the purpose to develop sales and to defend all the ranges of products of Delta Plus in the country.
You have to define the appropriate local strategies, structures and systems and achieve a durable turnover growth and shareholder value.
You’ll manage directly a team of 15 employees, mainly sales and supply chain teams.
Your main missions will be:
* To guarantee a high standard of turnover and profitability (turnover growth, return on assets and profitability).
* To structure the work and define the main processes to achieve the business goals (organizational design, define commercial strategy…).
* To set the foundations of a HR management (attracting, motivating and retaining the right people at the right places).
* To achieve the right balance between expectation from all different stakeholders (shareholders, staff, suppliers and customers).
Your Profile:
You have a Higher education degree in commercial fields or business unit management and at least 8 years of professional experience as a manager in a global competition environment.
You have strong leadership skills, and are able to anticipate opportunities. You are reliable, business oriented and highly committed. You’ll be travelling approximatively 50% of the time.
