?? Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:30am 12:00pm
?? Type: Full-Time, Permanent
?? Salary: £29,000 per annum
Are you an experienced warehouse professional with leadership skills and a hands-on approach? Were looking for a proactive Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor to join our growing team in Basildon.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a small warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Oversee loading and unloading of lorries, ensuring accuracy and safety
* Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
* Maintain high standards of health & safety and warehouse organisation
* Support stock control and inventory management
* Liaise with drivers and internal departments to ensure timely dispatch
Requirements:
* Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
* Must be a car driver due to early start times and location
* Proven experience in loading/unloading lorries
* Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a warehouse environment
* Strong communication and organisational skills
