Job Description
3. Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
4. Oversee payroll reporting and ensure timely submissions to relevant authorities.
5. Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures in line with company standards.
6. Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll-related queries.
7. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to maintain accurate financial records.
8. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes where necessary.
10. Maintain confidentiality and security of employee payroll data.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
11. Previous experience in payroll management within a professional environment.
12. A strong understanding of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
13. Knowledge of the Transport & Distribution industry is desirable.
14. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
15. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
16. Strong communication skills to liaise with employees and external stakeholders effectively.
17. Proficiency in relevant payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
18. CIPP qualification.
