Qualified Social Worker, Adult Safeguarding Team
Pay rate: £33.76 per hour
Vitalis is recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work in the Adult Safeguarding team in Southwark.
Responsibilities include providing a front-line safeguarding response to adults with care and support needs who may be at risk of abuse or neglect. The postholder will work within the OPPD Contact Team, acting as a first point of contact for safeguarding referrals, undertaking Section 42 (Care Act 2014) screenings and enquiries, and ensuring proportionate and timely risk assessments and interventions are in place to safeguard adults in line with statutory duties.
