Overview
Inside Sales & Renewals Representative - 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting into our Inbound Sales Manager, you’ll become an expert in one of Redgate’s tools and our sales framework. This role involves speaking with customers via video calls, telephone, email and social media to identify requirements and align Redgate’s offerings to their needs. You’ll manage marketing-generated leads and self-generated leads to identify and close new business opportunities, delivering new licence revenue for the EMEA team. You will also build relationships with existing renewal customers and identify and mitigate risks to renewals to ensure retention, coordinating with internal teams to close renewals and expand the installed base.
Responsibilities
* Generate, manage, and close new business opportunities by aligning Redgate’s software with customer needs.
* Action marketing-generated leads and self-generated leads to close new business opportunities and deliver licence revenue for the EMEA team.
* Build and maintain relationships with existing renewal customers; identify and mitigate renewal risks to ensure retention.
* Coordinate with relevant internal teams to close renewals and expand the installed base.
* Communicate with customers via video calls, telephone, email and social media.

* Experience in a telephone-based sales role.
* Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
* Previous experience within the tech industry.
What’s the package?
* Salary range is circa £32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
* You’ll work about 40 hours a week, with flexible work time. Part-time hours over a 5-day week could be considered; please share your preference.

Flexible-hybrid model
Redgate supports a flexible-hybrid model with a blend of remote and office work. For this position, a twice-weekly visit to the Austin office is required.
