We are seeking a driven individual to join our estates team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will support the Estates team by analyzing data, producing reports, and collaborating with our helpdesk to ensure compliance across our care homes.
Role Details:
This is an office-based position working Monday-Friday at our Leeds Head Office. The successful candidate will also work one weekend in six on an on-call rota.
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
1. Support system users daily, resolving issues related to estates, purchasing, invoicing, and contract management.
2. Collaborate with internal departments such as finance and estates to update and configure the CAFM system (Vantify).
3. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
4. Create and deliver training materials for system users.
5. Generate reports on areas like supplier spend trends.
6. Coordinate with IT and external suppliers for system issues requiring escalation.
Knowledge and Experience:
1. Experience within an estates team is preferred but not essential.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills, detail-oriented.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables (a skills test will be conducted).
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
