Job Role As a Senior Residential Support Worker, youll combine hands-on support with team leadership to make a real impact. Youll be a role model for best practice which will include guiding and motivating colleagues, supporting new staff through their induction, and ensuring our care meets the highest standards. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, youll work directly with the people we support, supporting them in their day to day, planning meaningful activities, and keeping meticulous records.

£35,370.47 - £36,035.26 inclusive of one sleep per week

What do you need to join us?
Experience of supporting children, young people or adults with autism or learning disabilities
A positive, resilient and proactive approach to leadership and teamwork
Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully and with empathy
Organisational skills to help lead a team and maintain high standards of care
Safeguarding Requirement
