The Role:
Plan and coordinate maintenance work for our customers, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and outstanding service. You’ll liaise with Maintenance Technicians, manage customer queries, and support operational and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate maintenance jobs, prioritising work and meeting SLAs.
* Be the main customer contact for maintenance-related inquiries.
* Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met.
* Support team development, track training, and maintain certifications.
* Manage purchase orders, documentation, and invoice queries.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication and time management skills.
* Customer service experience, preferably in hire or sales order processing.
* Ability to solve problems and work collaboratively.
* Positive, flexible attitude.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office. xsngvjr

* Experience in modular space solutions or manufacturing.
