Hours: 42 per week (3 on / 3 off rota)

The Role
As a Care Team Leader, you’ll work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home during night shifts. You’ll lead and support the care team, ensuring residents receive consistently high-quality, person-centred care in a safe and calm environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and coordinating the night care team
2. Overseeing medication administration and care delivery
3. Completing care assessments and documentation
4. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
5. Acting as a role model, offering guidance and support to colleagues
6. Creating a reassuring, positive atmosphere for residents throughout the night
