Production Manager – Control Panel Manufacturing Buckinghamshire Start Date: ASAP £50k per annum – Temporary to Permanent The Role We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in control panel manufacturing to oversee day-to-day workshop operations and successfully manage multiple live projects simultaneously. This is an opportunity to join a close-knit and expanding engineering business led by a hands-on Managing Director with a strong technical background. The company has built a strong reputation through repeat business, referrals, and long-term client relationships, delivering high-quality projects across data centres, hospitals, commercial buildings, and wider infrastructure sectors. This is a hands-on and fast-paced role where you will take ownership of production activities across assembly, wiring, testing, planning, and workflow management. You will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
