Description To support all areas of the Warehouse and Transport Operation to deliver first a class customer service. Working as part of a wider team across the operation to ensure that processes in all areas are followed to maintain a safe and productive environment in line with the customers site service level agreement. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to engage at all levels with good communication skills, working close with pears as well as managing and motiving a team of up to 20-30 colleagues to deliver targets to strict timelines. Working any 5/7 Nights- 10pm-6am SAFETY Work with the local management team to drive and improve Health & Safety standards across the site and within the area of responsibility. To ensure colleagues work as trained and commit to maintain a clean and safe environment reporting issues accordingly. Actively participate in targeted Site Safety control measures and associated targets OPERATIONS To Deliver and be able to demonstrate a performance improvement in your areas of responsibility around waste and under performance.
