The Role
Be the face of the venue: run operations as if its your own business
Drive smart, commercial decisions to grow the bottom line without compromising guest experience
Lead, train, and inspire a team to deliver consistently outstanding service and standards
Be a community ambassador: raise the venues profile, forge partnerships, and get involved locally
Innovate with events and experiences that surprise and delight both guests and the team
What Were Looking For
Heart-on-your-sleeve leadership: own the role, stay bold, stay calm under pressure
No ego, just action: roll up your sleeves and get things done
Minimum 2 years experience as a General Manager (varies by property)
Its a no-brainer, but you got to LOVE SPORT, experience overseeing a quality sports bar is beneficial
Exceptional communication and organisational skills; approachable and hands-on
Outstanding customer service and floor leadership
An entrepreneurial sparkexcited by new ideas and growth
Passion for people: mentoring, developing, and having fun
