As a Transport Administrator, you will play an integral role in supporting colleagues and the wider network. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the department from an administrative perspective, enabling us to deliver efficient service to our customers. This fast-paced role involves various responsibilities, including general administrative duties, note-taking, reporting, handling customer queries, providing excellent customer service, managing supplier orders, and supporting the Transport Management Team. You will also work closely with other teams on-site and throughout the business, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
To succeed as a Transport Administrator, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize your workload effectively. Being an effective team player with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.

The hours are 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:00 - 16:00. Flexibility is required to cover holidays and sickness. The salary is £12.21 per hour, with benefits including:
