We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Care Assistants to provide one-to-one care and companionship to older adults in their own homes. Whether you’re experienced or new to care, we provide full, award-winning paid training and ongoing support to help you thrive.
Flexible hours – mornings, lunchtimes, afternoons, evenings, or a combination that suits you.
What You’ll Do
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide personalised support to help clients live independently and happily at home:
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, mobility)
* Support with meals, light housekeeping, and errands
* Administer medications and provide reminders
* Deliver one-to-one care with minimum of 1-hour visits

Qualifications
About You:
* Naturally caring, reliable, and patient
* UK driving license + access to a car (essential)
* Right to work in the UK. We do not offer sponsorship
* Seeking flexible, rewarding work with purpose
* Capable of working 10 – 20 hours per week
* Willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check
