Full UK driving licence required. The Role This is not a traditional care role. The focus is on: Building positive relationships Supporting emotional wellbeing Encouraging independence and life skills Supporting education, routines, and activities Helping young people safely access the community Using trauma-informed approaches and positive behaviour support Some days are rewarding and enjoyable, while others can be challenging. We are looking for people who can remain calm, patient, and supportive during both.
