A highly regarded international Legal 100 law firm is looking to appoint a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor (1–6 PQE) to join its growing Birmingham team. The Opportunity
You will advise a diverse client base including developers, institutional landlords, portfolio owners, investors, local authorities and corporate occupiers on a wide range of contentious property matters.
The team's expertise includes:
* Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
* Lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
* Dilapidations, rent reviews and breach of covenant claims
* Alienation and break clause disputes
* Development and portfolio management disputes
* Property contract disputes
* Rights of way, easements and restrictive covenant matters
* Adverse possession claims
* Rights to light disputes
* Telecommunications disputes
* Leasehold enfranchisement matters
* Residential landlord and tenant disputes
* Service charge disputes and tenancy enforcement
* Property-related insolvency matters
