An incredible opportunity for a Head of Membership has arisen at a high-end institute in Berkshire. The Head of Membership will be responsible for managing all aspects of membership, from marketing the offering, ensuring that members receive the highest level of service and satisfaction starting at initial interaction through to stepping through the door for the first time as a member. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the high-end market.
The Role:
Manage the end-to-end membership process
Support the head of department in overseeing the membership team
Responsible for driving membership acquisitions
Member communications
Have a strong presence on site acting as the face of the institute
Continuously seek opportunities to improve market engagement and raise the profile of the organisation through various marketing channels
Experience:
Previous experience in a membership or client management role from a luxury background
Be a people driven person, with energy and positivity
Excellent organisational skills
Strong network and experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals
Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Well presented with excellent communication skills
