Overview
Capgemini UK is seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect and Capability Lead to oversee end-to-end SuccessFactors solutions across multiple large projects and to lead, develop, and grow the SuccessFactors capability within the organization.
Your role
* Lead key design decisions based on expertise in SuccessFactors and HR processes
* Manage a team of functional leads to deliver an end-to-end solution for clients
* Support the Business Change team in change impact assessment and future operating models
* Utilize Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Focused Build) to manage project deliverables
* Engage in confident stakeholder management, representing Capgemini to clients, analysts, and partners
* Support sales growth targets for SuccessFactors and help expand go-to-market strategies
* Address a portfolio of target clients, collaborating with industry sector leads and account executives to grow the opportunity pipeline
* Contribute to Capgemini\'s global SAP Centres of Excellence by liaising with counterparts across Europe and North America

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
* Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP technologies
* Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and team learning initiatives
* Build communication and consulting skills through hands-on project experience
* Analyse, shape, and lead pursuit responses for SuccessFactors opportunities
* Deliver confident presentations across client pursuits and external/internal SuccessFactors eminence development
