Children's Deputy Home Manager £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience) | 40 hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Children's Deputy Home Manager to join a brand-new residential care home supporting children and young people with Learning Disabilities and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new service from the very beginning, helping to shape the culture, standards, and day-to-day operations of a small, child-focused home. Combining both hands-on support and administrative responsibilities, the role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference while playing a key role in the home's development and success. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where children can build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve positive outcomes.
