The role of Business Continuity Coordinator will include:
1. Oversee the development and updating of the Groups' business continuity plans, to ensure continuity of all services including critical processes in line with Group objectives
2. Develop and maintain sufficient knowledge of operational risk and understand established good practice, policies and procedures, focusing on the area of business resilience and continuity, to provide advice and assistance to the Group
3. Coordinate with departments to ensure comprehensive business continuity strategies to comply with the Group's business continuity policies and procedures
4. Support in providing training and guidance to staff on business continuity protocols and emergency response procedures. Promote and support in the facilitation of workshops and exercises for all Group businesses and operations and external stakeholders to test, refine and ensure the effectiveness of plans
5. Ensure that Group businesses and operations are actively engaged in Business Continuity Management ensuring the appointment and development of Business Continuity Champions and provide regular and timely information on business continuity incidents and risks
Skills and experiences:
6. Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification
7. Experience with project management
8. Analytical and problem-solving skills and implementing effective solutions
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
11. Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams

24. £32,244 per annum (rising to £33,941 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
