Job Title: Traffic Marshall / Banksman Location: Lincoln Town Centre Contract: 18-Month Contract Start Date: ASAP Rate: Competitive – CIS Available (Direct with Client) Overview We are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshall / Banksman to join a major construction project based in Lincoln town centre. This is a long-term opportunity offering approximately 18 months of work, with the successful candidate able to work CIS directly with the client. Key Responsibilities * Safely directing site traffic and deliveries in and out of the construction site * Banking plant and vehicle movements to ensure site safety * Managing pedestrian and vehicle segregation in a busy town centre environment * Communicating clearly with site operatives, drivers and management * Ensuring all work is carried out in line with site health and safety procedures Requirements * Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket (CPCS, NPORS or equivalent) * Previous experience working on busy construction sites * Strong awareness of site health and safety * Reliable, punctual and able to communicate effectively with site teams * Full PPE required What’s on Offer * Long-term 18-month contract * Opportunity to work CIS direct with the client * Immediate start available * ...
