Farrow and Ball – Project Manager, Wimborne (37.5 hours per week) We are currently looking for an experienced individual to join our Project Management Office team in Wimborne as a Project Manager. We are offering this position on a full-time basis, working on a hybrid working pattern - 2 days per week minimum in office. Farrow & Ball are a luxury British lifestyle brand that prides itself in creating richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper, using print methods dating back 300 years and the finest quality ingredients. Established in Dorset in 1946, we have grown over the last 75 years and now proudly have 60 showrooms worldwide with a global network of stockists. As a Project Manager you will manage multiple change projects across the business, on a global scale, based on the prioritisation set by the business against agreed principles and strategic initiatives. The role of Project Manager includes delivering every project on time, within budget and scope, highlighting and escalating any risks to the project’s success. The ideal candidate should have a background delivering Ecommerce and Digital projects within a similar company. What we expect from you as a Project Manager: Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, budget and agreed quality standards. Define project scope, objectives, plans and timelines in line with the Farrow & Ball change framework. Manages relationships with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Coordinate internal teams and third-party partners to ensure effective resource planning, availability and allocation. Represents end-users and stakeholders, translating their needs into actionable tasks. Facilitate project meetings, workshops and post-implementation reviews to drive progress and continuous improvement. Act as the central point of contact for projects, building strong relationships with global stakeholders and external partners. Owns the product vision, aligning it with business goals and customer needs. Creates, refines, and prioritizes items (user stories) in the Product Backlog, ensuring clarity for the team. Bridge technical and business teams to develop clear requirements, plans and specifications that support successful delivery. Develop and execute communication plans to ensure global awareness, engagement and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation, ensuring adherence to governance standards and frameworks. Monitor, report and provide timely updates on project performance, proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies and change control. Identify, assess and mitigate project risks to deliver robust, sustainable end-to-end solutions. Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate tools and techniques. Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance and workload prioritisation where line management responsibility applies. Ensure company values, goals and brand principles are embedded across all project activity. Continuously identify opportunities to improve project processes, tools and ways of working through strong organisation, problem-solving and adaptability. Key Attributes: Knowledge & Experience Proven experience with e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Adobe Commerce), CMS tools and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics). Proven experience working with project and change management methodologies, supported by a relevant qualification (e.g., Prince2 and Agile). Previous Product Owner experience Desirable: professional change certification such as Six Sigma or LEAN. Experience preparing specifications and mapping processes and procedures. Background working with premium brands and experience collaborating with hybrid or remote teams. Strong track record of delivering projects to target, plan and tight deadlines. Proficient with IT systems and project management tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Trello or MS Project.
