Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Secretarial Support: utilise Microsoft Word and our digital dictation systems for accurate audio and copy typing of correspondence and documents. Case Management: Oversee case and paper management tasks including printing correspondence, collating enclosures, and ensuring timely delivery. Client Care: Demonstrate excellent client care by sending out client care letters and liaising with existing and new clients. Inquiries Handling: Manage new client inquiries and efficiently handle incoming written and electronic communications. Appointment Coordination: organise appointments, meetings, and maintain diaries.
