Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Assist in menu planning, ingredient selection, and daily specials.
* Oversee and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive environment.
* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
* Contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen operation during service times.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Weekend availability is essential.
* Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
