Tasks and Qualifications:
Principal Accountabilities
1. To comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times and promote a positive H&S culture.
2. KPI focused with a mentality to over achieve where possible
3. Provide first-line support to all equipment in scope of the Dematic contract.
4. Maintain product flow at all times.
5. Provide basic fault resolution and contribute towards complex faults alongside the engineering team
6. As required, provide assistance in maintenance and breakdown situations to the engineering team
7. To work within the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices
8. To drive 5S and value-add practices across site
9. Prioritisation of multiple system faults
10. To ensure quality of output at all times
11. To accurately record all work undertaken
12. Involvement in continuous improvement and sales opportunities
13. To represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain customer relations
14. To adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the company
Knowledge & Experience Required
15. Basic key-skills and basic IT competency
16. SafePass, CSCS Card (desirable)
17. Previous experience/knowledge of automated systems, warehouse or production environment
18. Working at height experience (desirable)
19. Demonstratable history of safe working and contribution towards a positive working culture
