We’re looking to hire an Asset Data Analyst to join our Asset Strategy & Planning team - helping us maintain accurate, robust, and accessible data that drives key decisions across our organisation.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our Asset Strategy and Planning team. In this role, you’ll ensure that Torus’ property, stock condition, and component data are complete, accurate, and accessible—supporting effective service delivery across the Group. You’ll contribute to investment planning, maintain key business models, and participate in our transformation programme.
This position is based in Warrington, with travel to other locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the integrity and accuracy of property and asset data across systems and sources
* Manage data processes, including updates, audits, and contractor data
* Develop and automate asset planning models in Excel using advanced techniques (Power Query, Macros, VBA)
* Create and maintain SQL reports and GIS maps to meet service needs
* Provide data analysis and reporting to inform investment strategies, asset performance, and decision-making
* Collaborate with teams across the Group to ensure data processes are aligned
* Contribute to systems transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Promote a data-driven culture by offering advice, guidance, and coaching to colleagues
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience working with asset data, data systems, or reporting tools
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel (Power Query/VBA), and GIS mapping
* Meticulous attention to detail and a systematic approach to data validation and reporting
* Effective communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
* Knowledge of housing/property/asset management environments is beneficial
* Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for innovation and transformation
Interview Process:
The interview will be competency-based, assessing your experience and suitability for the role. Interviews will be held at our Warrington office.
