We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £33,120 per annum and 33 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays. Your benefits package includes, a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and a fully comprehensive employee assistance programme.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Managing workflow, allocating tasks, and ensuring that production targets and service level agreements are achieved.
* Leading and supporting a diverse team of technicians, operatives, and support staff, providing coaching, motivation, and guidance to help them perform at their best.
* Upholding the highest repair and refurbishment standards, ensuring all products are fully compliant with safety, quality, and customer satisfaction expectations.
* Promoting a safe working environment, ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Experience in motivating and leading teams within a repair centre, warehousing or similar environment
* Strong knowledge and practice of health and safety principles
* Team Performance, site KPI’s and ability to maintain site standards
* Experience in electrical product repair would be an advantage
