How you will make an impact
In this role, you will lead the Engineering Team at Oakthorpe Dairy, ensuring operational excellence across all maintenance activities while driving strategic initiatives as part of the Site Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include
1. Leading the Engineering team (c.30 colleagues) across reactive and preventative maintenance
2. Driving people development and fostering a high-performance engineering culture
3. Playing a key role in the delivery of site-wide strategic initiatives as part of the Site Leadership Team
4. Leading Continuous Improvement projects using TPM, RCM, FMEA, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies
