Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.
We are currently recruiting for a Lead Generation Specialist to join their team.
While this is technically a telesales position, the focus is on high-level business development and strategic outreach.
No previous experience or specific industry training is required. They are looking for the right attitude—someone with a can-do attitude who is hungry to succeed. You will report directly to the Group’s PPC & Lead Generation Manager
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £24,000.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Reporting to the Lead Generation Manager your responsibilities will include:
Identify and reach out to potential clients within our target sectors through professional cold calling and tailored emailing.
Generate and qualify new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipelines
Proactively contact existing or dormant customers to explore new requirements and maintain strong group-wide relationships.
Build rapport with industry professionals and key decision-makers to expand our market reach.
The ideal candidate:
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential; you must be comfortable speaking with professionals at all levels.
A "hunter" mentality with the persistence to overcome objections and stay motivated in a high-activity environment.
Confident in managing a high volume of outbound activity (calls and emails) while maintaining accurate records.
Eager to be a founding member of a new team and contribute to a positive, high-energy office culture.
