This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with employment law expertise to support a busy practice for a fixed period, gaining exposure to a range of employment matters. Key Responsibilities Manage and support employment law cases, including tribunal claims, advisory work, and dispute resolution. Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case summaries with precision. Conduct employment law research and assist in developing case strategies. Liaise confidently with clients, witnesses, and external parties. Maintain accurate and organised case files in line with firm and regulatory standards. Essential Skills and Experience Experience in employment law, either as a paralegal or solicitor. Strong drafting, research, and case management skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability. Professional and proactive approach with strong client-care skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters efficiently.
