We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Business Development Manager to act as a commercial partner, not an employee.
This role suits someone from agency recruitment, account management, or B2B business development who understands commission-based income, relationship-led sales, and long-term account value.
The opportunity WorktoGive works with UK SMEs to help them clearly show their social impact and CSR activity, without consultants or heavy admin.
You will:
Use your existing business and recruitment network Introduce WorktoGive to SME directors, founders, and HR leads Personally generate around 10 new subscriptions per month Recruit and manage a small network of introducers or referral partners Build a base of recurring monthly income This is not cold calling and not hard selling.
If youve run a recruitment desk or managed client accounts, this will feel familiar. Earnings (commission-led)
Your own sales: £50 upfront + £10 per month for 12 months Override on introducers you manage: £5 per active subscription per month Performance-based retainers: £0 ? £500 ? £1,500 per month as the channel scales Strong operators can build £4k£5k+ monthly income over time. Who this suits
