As a People Admin Services Associate, you help make sure colleague information is accurate, up to date and handled with care. You provide a reliable and friendly admin service that supports colleagues, managers and People teams across the Group. You are often the first point of contact for People queries, so your work helps everything run smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate and timely People administration across the colleague lifecycle. Issue contracts, offer letters and employment documents, making sure details are correct. Update People systems so colleague data is always accurate and compliant. Respond to People queries in a clear, helpful and professional way. Support onboarding, changes and leaver processes. Maintain records and files in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements. Work to agreed service levels, deadlines and priorities. Spot issues or errors and help put them right quickly. Look for ways to improve processes while keeping accuracy high. About You We believe success comes from collaboration and diverse perspectives.
