Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Good soft skills/communication, both verbal and keyboard Customer service oriented background Proficient problem analyzing and solving skills Previous experience with a Service Desk tool, preferably AskMe (ServiceNow) Fundamental working knowledge of IT principles, hardware, software, and devices (e.g., Smartphones: iOS and Android) Good understanding of Windows 11 and 10 Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and 2016 Familiarity with Google Suite including Gmail and Drive Knowledge of InTune, Azure, Webex, Landesk (beneficial) Ability to work as part of a team or independently on individual projects Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Smart, professional appearance suitable for customer-facing roles Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and provide first level support on Service Desk calls Create detailed service desk calls in AskMe (ServiceNow), monitor, chase resolver groups, and keep users informed of progress Build/rebuild workstations to company specifications Manage asset deployment and collection of redundant IT equipment, ensuring accurate inventory updates Provide basic user training for new starters and new equipment Assist users with IT equipment location moves around the site Conduct project work including application rollouts and audits Handle day-to-day Service Desk activities including managing the email inbox, phone calls, chats, walk-ins, and unassigned queue Stay informed of IT activities, changes, and outages Attend team and company meetings, providing necessary training and adhering to Environment, Health and Safety policy Participate in or support company events when required Adhere to company policies Support the production environment, wearing Personal Protective Clothing as needed Technologies: Android Azure Hardware Support Office 365 ServiceNow Windows iOS Cloud More: We are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our dedicated UNA IT Service Desk team located in Ashford.
