The Role
In a dynamic and customer-focused environment, you will play a key part in keeping our wines flowing smoothly across our national network, while working with some of the best in the business.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to
1. End-to-End Supply Management: From forecasting and replenishment ordering to managing supplier pipelines and UK network transfers.
2. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use your analytical mindset to monitor stock levels, trends, and performance.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, 3PL warehouses, Freight Forwarders and Suppliers.
4. Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively manage stock availability, cover, and risks—ensuring actions and updates are clearly communicated.
5. Continuous Improvement: Champion smarter ways of working and support wider supply chain initiatives.
About You
6. Degree qualified, ideally in a business or analytical discipline
7. Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and ERP systems
8. Excellent Excel skills; advanced user essential
9. Wine industry experience or WSET certification is a big plus
10. Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, import documentation, and wine logistics
11. Great commercial awareness and a solution-focused mindset
12. Exceptional analytical and communication skills
13. Experience with supply chain systems & demand planning tools
14. Languages such as French, Spanish or Italian are a bonus.
15. A genuine enthusiasm for operational excellence and problem-solving
16. Previous experience of building successful relationships with 3PL warehousing and freight forwarders

Working Pattern
This role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (09:00 – 17:30pm) but the individual must be flexible according to business needs.
Location
Head office in London. It is a requirement that the applicant will work from the office at least 3 days a week.
