We are excited to announce that in September, we are opening two new clubs in Bromley borough (location to be confirmed). One club will be for Juniors (4-8 years) and one for Seniors (12-16 years). We are seeking a Programme Delivery Manager to manage these new clubs.
About the role
Working with the Head of Programmes and Services, you will design and implement CASPA’s service delivery programmes in line with our charitable objectives and strategic aims.
The Programme Delivery Manager (PDM) will manage supervisors, support workers, and volunteers. The PDM ensures members’ developmental needs are central to all activities and builds and manages community partnerships. Key responsibilities include:
1. Designing, planning, and implementing programmes aligned with our strategic aims.
2. Managing and tracking programme and activity budgets to ensure value for money and efficient fund allocation.
3. Championing member engagement and working with staff to identify needs within our programme and service offerings.
4. Handling safeguarding responsibilities, including being the first point of contact, managing safeguarding records, and providing guidance to staff and volunteers.
Salary Band: £12,958.40 - £13,293.28 per annum
Contract Type: 1-year fixed term
Working Pattern: 14 hours per week, including late afternoons and evenings on weekdays, mornings and afternoons during school holidays, and weekend trips.
Location: Bromley-based location
Attendance at events and meetings outside regular hours may be required on an ad hoc basis.
