Office Administration
Location: Annan
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (37.5 hours a week)
Pay: £13.21 per hour
What you will be doing?
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Taking phone calls
* Managing emails
* Organising spread sheets in excel
* Processing data to ensure smooth operations
* Maintaining accurate information across our in-house systems
What we are looking for?
You do not need formal qualifications for this role, but the following skills are essential:
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Ability to write clear and professional emails
* Good general computer literacy
* Strong time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
