Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing the CPZ programme from initiation to implementation.
Engaging with members to select new areas for CPZ.
Monitoring and managing programme finances, including various funding sources such as S106 agreements.
Liaising with political members to ensure programme alignment and progress.
Utilising the data dashboard to justify decisions and actions taken within the programme.
Identifying and implementing urgent quick-win solutions where necessary.
Job Requirements:
Experience managing parking programmes, particularly within Controlled Parking Zones.
Strong understanding of funding agreements such as S106.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyse and utilise data to support decision-making.
Experience in a politically sensitive environment, managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
