Job Summary:
As a Business Development Exec, you will be responsible for driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships with healthcare facilities to promote and sell our temporary nursing contracts. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base and increasing revenue by leveraging your expertise in business development and sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the primary care and integrated urgent care sector
2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions
3. Sales and Negotiation: Lead the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation, to secure new business and increase revenue
4. Market Research: Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to stay competitive and identify potential new clients
