We are searching for a Solutions Consultant Manager as part of the UK & Ireland pre-sales team for Adobe's top clients in the FSI (Financial Services) and Public Sector industries!
In the role as a Solutions Consulting Manager at Adobe, we are looking for someone to be responsible for leading a high performance, customer-focused Solutions Consulting team who will provide mentorship to the Sales team as well as prospects by recommending and developing appropriate digital experience solution offerings. You will lead and develop a team to improve revenue and optimise customer experience!

Responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor, train and develop the Solutions Consultants that you lead, support the individuals on the team perform to the best of their abilities
2. Develop and execute Solutions Consulting selling strategies and find opportunities for process improvements
3. Serve as an inspiring leader and guide experienced Solution Consultants on eCommerce, CMS, analytics, customer journey and other digital experience technologies with internal partners and customers
4. Work closely with the sales organisation to ensure we are engaging effectively in sales opportunities and ensuring efficient resourcing of Solutions Consultants
5. Run resourcing activities of the Solutions Consulting team
6. Be the sales organisation’s technical voice to sales management, product management, support and engineering.
7. Implement and measure the use of Value Selling and the Adobe demo methodology strategies in sales engagements
8. Mentor and coach individual performance, deliver constructive feedback and build development plans to address any deficiencies
9. Drive the team to be more innovative and develop ideas that drives the right customer experience
10. Ensure all reporting of team activities are logged on time
11. Build reports to analyse team’s efficiency and how it can be improved
12. Develop a business partner relationship with the aligned Sales leader, engage in regular meetings to help resolve how we can work effectively as a team
Desired Skills and Experience
13. 8+ years’ experience as a pre-sales/Solutions Consultant in the software industry.
14. 5+ years’ experience in working with Digital experience technologies, preferably to include eCommerce, Martech, Content Management, Analytics, Optimisation, Campaign Management, and similar technologies
15. 3+ years experience as a people manager
16. Understanding of eCommerce, Martech, Content Management, Analytics, Optimisation, Campaign Management, and similar technologies in an on-demand/PaaS/SaaS business environment
17. The ability to provide mentorship to the Solution Consulting team on driving strategic pre-sales engagements
18. Positive relationship building, leadership, and presentation skills are a must
19. Ability to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audience
20. Excellent coordination, organization, team building and communication abilities
21. Is creative, focused and passionate
22. Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
23. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Special consideration given for:
24. Experience in technical pre-sales in the customer analytics, content management, optimization, business intelligence, data platforms, or other closely related software verticals
25. Demonstrated exceptional sales or consulting skills from previous employment
