A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Marketing and Business Development team as a Content Creator. This role involves delivering high-quality creative outputs across graphic design, social media, video production and photography.

As our Creative Content Creator, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life through highquality design, video, and digital content that enhances how we communicate with clients, colleagues and the wider market.
You'll be central to maintaining a consistent, modern and engaging visual presence - from client proposals and service line collateral, to social media campaigns and video storytelling. This role is ideal for someone with strong creative capability who wants to apply their skills in a professional services environment, contributing to firmwide initiatives and helping us stand out in a competitive sector.
You'll work collaboratively with colleagues across the business, providing creative leadership, advising on best practice, and ensuring our design output reflects the high standards, values and ambition of PM+M. It's a great next step for someone who is confident working across multiple creative formats and is looking for a role where their work will have visibility, impact and variety every day.
What you'll be doing
In this varied and creative role, you will be responsible for producing highquality visual content that strengthens PM+M's brand across digital and print channels.
Graphic Design
* Design professional marketing materials including brochures, proposals, client presentations and branded collateral.
* Create clear, visually engaging layouts that translate technical content into accessible information.
* Develop concepts for campaigns and firm-wide initiatives, ensuring consistency with PM+M's brand guidelines.
* Produce printready artwork and support projects from concept through to production.
Social Media Creative Content
* Design impactful graphics and templates for LinkedIn and other key platforms.
* Repurpose longer-form content into engaging social posts, carousels and visual summaries.
* Produce short-form video content and collaborate on campaign planning with the Marketing & BD team.
Videography & Video Podcast Production
* Plan, film and edit video content including thought leadership pieces, service line insights, testimonials and event highlights.
* Lead the creative production of PM+M's video podcast series, including filming, audio quality, editing and branded motion graphics.
* Create short-form promotional clips for digital platforms and ensure a consistent visual and audio identity across channels.
Photography
* Capture professional headshots, team photos and event imagery.
* Maintain a highquality internal image library.
Tools & Creative Platforms
* Work primarily within Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
* Use additional tools such as Canva, Figma, Lightroom and advanced PowerPoint functions where appropriate.
* Apply strong judgement when selecting tools to maintain quality, brand consistency and efficiency.

Essential Experience
* Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong and varied portfolio
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
* Experience designing for both print and digital environments
* Experience producing engaging social media content
* Experience filming and editing professional video content
* Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Experience working with (and evolving) brand guidelines
* Experience producing podcast or long-form video content
* Motion graphics capability
