Are you an experienced Rigger ready to Trade Up for your next adventure? Cavendish Nuclear are seeking skilled Day Shift and Night Shift Riggers to join our team on the prestigious Hinkley Point C project. This is your opportunity to step up to one of the UK’s most significant engineering projects and contribute to building the country’s first-ever 3rd generation nuclear power plant, shaping a sustainable future.

The Role
1. Play a pivotal role in building the UK's clean energy future.
2. Work within the MEH Alliance, collaborating effectively to deliver complex piping and cabling systems.
3. Plan and manage lifts using subcontracted mobile cranes (including very heavy lifts cranes).
4. Operate overhead cranes.
5. Establish and execute complex lifting operations and critical tasks.
6. Carry out structural steelwork erection and rigging activities.
7. Work on arrangement / isometric drawings.
You are a great fit if you have proven experience in the following
8. Experience following lift plans and working with mobile and/ or overhead cranes. Experience in establishing and executing heavy and complex lifting operations components such as pressure piping, pressure vessels, tanks, headers, drums and structural steelwork.
Qualifications
9. Must hold a full Level 3 Apprenticeship in Moving Loads, Lifting and Position Steel Structures, Plant or Equipment or Steel Erection, or Level 3 Diploma in Moving Loads, Lifting and Position Steel Structures, Plant or Equipment or Steel Erection.
10. Must have a CCNSG Safety Passport.
