Summary:
Amazon is a highly data-driven company passionate about its customers. It is vital to ensure customers always receive their orders on time and with quality. The processes at the FCs are largely manual, involving many associates. A critical role is that of a process associate who mentors and guides associates to meet customer expectations by following standard work practices while maintaining safety and quality.
Job Deliverables:
* Daily management of shift from a learning perspective:
o Direct IB and OB functions
o Understand SJIs and follow SOP
o Monitor and mentor associates on productivity, quality, and safety
o Monitor PS queues, raise Andon in case of issues
o Conduct 4M and 5S audits at workstations daily
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree
* Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or a customer-facing environment
