CMA Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a fantastic business who are looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager into their established tax team. Reporting to the Senior Tax Director, this role offers broad exposure across corporate tax compliance, advisory and planning within a UK and international group.
What will the Tax Accountant role involve?
Manage corporate tax compliance across multiple entities, including tax returns, provisions, deferred tax, group relief, CIR, CFC, CBCR and Pillar II, working closely with external advisers
Lead transfer pricing compliance and reporting, including Local File preparation, and provide advisory support on new intercompany arrangements
Provide UK tax advisory support across employment taxes (PSA, STBV, IR35/CEST), withholding and stamp taxes, and other non‑VAT matters
Support tax planning activity, transactions and UK/international structural projects, liaising with overseas subsidiaries and keeping abreast of legislative and technology changes
Suitable Candidate for the Tax Accountant vacancy:
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Tax qualification preferred
Strong UK corporate tax experience and stakeholder management skills
