Your responsibilities will include: Fleet Management: Oversee and maintain the vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and conducting regular audits of maintenance schedules. Safety and Compliance: Support accident investigations and uphold health and safety standards throughout the transport operations. Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison for motor insurance, and manage daily defect reports during holiday cover. Fuel Management: Order fuel and ensure all vehicles are properly licenced, registered, and insured. Scheduling: Efficiently manage vehicle scheduling for maintenance and repairs to minimise downtime.
