* Supporting teaching and learning in STEM subjects through small‑group or 1:1 support
* Delivering targeted academic interventions and tracking student progress

* Collaborating with subject teachers to enhance STEM engagement and outcomes

We are looking for proactive, compassionate and committed individuals with excellent communication skills and a growth mindset. Ideally, you hold a 2:1 or First‑Class degree from a top 30 UK university and have previous child‑centred experience.

Salary & Contract Info
General TA / SEN TA roles: £444‑£513 per week, pro rata, term‑time only.
Academic Mentor roles: £450‑£530 per week, pro rata, term‑time only.
Cover Supervisor / HLTA / Unqualified Teacher roles: up to £600 per week, pro rata, term‑time only.
Contract: Full‑time, long‑term (September‑July), term‑time only.
Opportunity for future teacher training or extended contracts following successful placement.
