Domus Recruitment are looking for a Deputy Nursing Home Manager based in Oxfordshire, to help oversee a Nursing Home for older people. This role would be to work for a non for profit company with great support in a lovely Home.

Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Nurse Manager:
1. Leadership and management of the clinical staff.
2. Regularly assess resident’s needs and develop services to reflect this.
3. Create and develop care plans for residents.
4. Establish and maintain communication with clients, relatives, and staff.
5. Coordinate care in line with Best Practice Guidelines.
6. Ensuring medication is given in accordance with resident care plans.
Deputy Nurse Manager Requirements:
7. Hold a current valid NMC pin.
8. Have previous experience in a nursing home or hospital setting.
9. Have strong clinical experience and medication knowledge.
10. Good Care Planning skills.
11. Ability to manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance.
12. Organisation skills.
