Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Entry Level Role | Manchester

What’s on offer:
* Basic salary between £25,000 and £30,000 (depending on experience)
* Uncapped commission with realistic £50,000+ OTE in Year 1
* Promotion to Recruitment Consultant within 6 to 12 months
* Bespoke 12-week graduate training programme

What you will do:
* Identify and engage top candidates using leading recruitment platforms

* Take ownership of your own recruitment desk and workload
* Work towards sales and activity targets with ongoing mentorship

* Degree educated 2.1
* Confident, outgoing and ambitious individuals
* Competitive nature (sports or sales experience is a bonus)
* Resilience and motivation to achieve goals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
