Job Description
Site Support Officer
Position Description
Be part of something interesting and rewarding by joining us as a Site Support Officer at our Leatherhead office.
CGI was recognized in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work List 2024 and has been named one of the 'World's Best Employers' by Forbes magazine. We offer a competitive salary, excellent pension, private healthcare, and a share scheme (3.5% + 3.5% matching), which makes you a CGI partner, not just an employee.
This role involves responsibility for Front of House Services and Security at our Leatherhead office. You must hold a current SIA license and be prepared to undergo National Security Vetting (NSV) enhanced Security Check (SC).
Your future duties and responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks around the office estate, such as patrolling the building, signing in visitors, escorting contractors to ensure security, receiving deliveries, managing mail, ordering stationery, and reporting maintenance issues. The role may require working at unsociable hours due to occasional extended building opening times.
Required qualifications
Applicants should have experience working on commercial premises, knowledge of relevant H&S practices, and hold a current SIA license. As this is a client-facing role, you should be presentable with good IT and communication skills. There are opportunities for career development within the wider facilities team, and we will support your growth.
Together, as owners, let's turn meaningful insights into action.
Life at CGI is rooted in ownership, teamwork, respect, and belonging. We encourage you to be an owner from day one, working together to bring our vision to life. We call ourselves CGI Partners rather than employees, benefiting from collective success and actively shaping our company's strategy.
Your work creates value. You'll develop innovative solutions, build relationships with teammates and clients, and access global capabilities to scale your ideas, embrace new opportunities, and leverage extensive industry and technology expertise.
Shape your career with a company built to grow and last. You'll be supported by leaders who care about your health and well-being and will provide opportunities to deepen your skills and broaden your horizons.
