Fantastic opportunity for an established Financial Controller or Finance Manager to join an ambitious and growing SaaS business on a part-time basis.

As they scale, they seek a commercially minded Financial Controller to oversee financial management and provide strategic guidance to support sustainable growth. You will work closely with the Board and senior leadership to ensure financial integrity and align strategies with company goals.
The Role
* Track and analyze key KPIs.
* Partner with leadership on pricing models, unit economics, and growth forecasts.
* Provide financial modeling, support for fundraising, and board reporting.
* Prepare and present financial statements, ensuring compliance with standards.
* Lead budgeting, variance analysis, and recommend cost/revenue opportunities.
* Monitor cash flow and develop forecasts.
* Develop financial strategies with senior leadership.
* Ensure tax compliance, manage audits, and stay updated on regulations.
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
* Manage payroll, staff benefits, and statutory deductions.
* Implement cost-saving measures and optimize financial systems.
* Deliver financial reports to stakeholders and communicate data effectively.
* Collaborate with the Executive team on operational evaluations.
The Candidate
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with significant post-qualified experience.
Qualified by experience with sector-relevant 10+ years experience will also be considered.
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or Senior Finance Manager, preferably from SaaS or IT/Tech sectors.
* Strong stakeholder management skills for collaboration with Board and leadership teams.
* Excellent Excel skills; familiarity with Xero preferred.
* A-Z accounting experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
