The Role:
My mainstream client based a short commute from Didcot is actively seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their team ASAP on a full-time 12 month fixed-term contract basis. This role will include organising the classroom, assisting the classroom teacher in delivering the lesson and providing one-to-one support to students during lessons. To be successful in this role you will have to be truly committed to the development of students and be confident navigating challenging behaviour at times.

You will be joining a highly successful school with a proven reputation for mature and driven students. The school has benefited significantly from the stellar leadership provided by its SLT and departmental leadership. Whilst experience in similar roles is beneficial, this is also an excellent opportunity for graduates and aspiring teachers with minimal classroom experience to begin their career in education. This position offers an FTE salary of £24,294 to £25,979.
